Hallyu Queen BoA will make Hollywood debutthrough the film, "COBU 3D"!
BoA will be with Derek Hough, winner of the hitAmerican reality show, "Dancing with the Stars" tostar in the movie. The two stars play the role of thedancer who grew up in an environment that is verydifferent, and they first met at an underground clubin New York. Although they began as a fierce rival,they finally fall in love.
Duane Adler (who is famous for his work with"Save the Last Dance" and "Step Up") will direct the film, and co-produced by Robert Cort, CJEntertainment, and SM Entertainment.
The film is scheduled for release early 2012, andCJ Entertainment will distribute it in Korea, China,and Japan. Lionsgate International will become an international sales agent, and they plan to startpre-orders at the Berlin International Film Festivalin February.
Meanwhile, the BoA will begin formal preparationfor this role in the spring to come!
